Cosmate^®Quat73, Quaternium-73 acts as an anti-microbial and anti-dandruff agent. It works against Propionibacterium acnes. It is used as an effective antibacterial preservative. Cosmate^®Quat73 is used in formulating deodorants and skin-, hair- & body care products.

Cosmate^®Quat73,Quaternium-73, also known as Pionin, it is a new type of highly effective anti-acne anti-inflammatory agent.  It can be used as a preservative and has strong killing ability to bacteria, Staphylococcus and Escherichia coli, and the anticorrosion performance is superior to nepox ester. In addition, it can inhibit black.

Cosmate^®Quat73,Quaternium-73 shows extremely strong antibacterial activity at veryl low concentration,even a single Cosmate^®Quat73 molecule also has anti-bacterial function.It damage the micro-oganisms by causing collapse of cell membrane,cell wall and intracellular degradation.
