Biotin also named as D-Biotin,Vitamin H,Vitamin B7,it is white or almost white,crystaline powder or colourless crystals,very slightly soluble in water,alcohol,practicaly insoluble in acetone.It dissolves in dilute solutions of Alkali Hydroxides.
